Frequently asked questions.

What is the required minimum stay?

Most properties have a 5-day minimum stay. 

What if I need to extend my stay?

Extension is available based on availability of the property.  If the property is available, we will be more than happy to extend your stay.

Check-in/Out Times. 

Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is by 11 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first and we'll work it out.

Are there any cleaning fees?

There is a $150 move-out cleaning fee. 

What if I need Housekeeping?

Optional daily or midweek apartment cleaning can be requested.   Housekeeping services includes thorough cleaning of the property, changing of bed linens, and laundering of linens and towels.

What is the method of payment and when is payment due?

We accept personal and business checks, money orders and all major credit cards.  50% payment is due the day of your booking and balance at the time of check-in.

Do I have to pay any tax?

All stays less than 185 consecutive days are subject to Florida’s Sales Tax of 7% and 6% lodging tax.

Security Deposit.

A security deposit is required.   The deposit will be returned one day after check-out at the latest.
